Our management have been in senior project and design management positions for many years. We have worked in professional design practices, project management consultancies, EPC and main contractors and have also worked with suppliers and manufacturers of construction systems and products.

We work with our regular clients from the outset of their projects, helping them to build resourced and costed project delivery plans (and even assisting in bid submittals and presentations to potential clients on some occasions). We then work through the project with our clients providing the necessary additional resource capacity and/or capability as and when required through the project. This allows our client to run at an optimum level of internal resourcing and provides them with high quality, cost effective additional resource when required through the project.
